⌘ Frontend engineering
Vue / Nuxt apps with a clean component architecture, real performance budgets, and proper test coverage (Jest, Cypress).
▤ Backend & APIs
PHP + Laravel services, payment workflows, and pragmatic API design — including safe rollouts via feature flagging.
▥ Team leadership
Aligning cross-team work, scoping features, mentoring engineers, and building the rituals that turn a group into a team.
✎ Robotics & embedded
ROS-based autonomous mobile robots with SLAM and natural navigation. Background, not the day job — but the muscles still work.
✦ AI-augmented engineering — new
Pair-programming with LLMs, agentic workflows, and small custom tools that turn boring grunt work into one-line commands.

#~/ai
A short note on how I'm using AI in 2026.
##tldr
LLMs aren't replacing engineers — they're collapsing the cost of trying things. The bottleneck has moved from "can I write this" to "do I know what I want." Taste, judgement and verification still matter most.
##what I use, daily
- →Claude (Opus 4.7, mostly) — architecture sketches, tricky migrations, code review on small PRs
- →Cursor / Claude Code — in-editor edits, refactors, "explain this file"
- →Custom agents — small one-off scripts that read logs, tag tickets, format reports
##opinions, lightly held
- ·The best prompt is a clear spec. The second best is an example.
- ·Read the diff. Always read the diff.
- ·Tools change every quarter — fundamentals don't. Keep writing software.
