The next generation will look at code the way we look at the pyramids: how were they even built?
AI collapsed the cost of trying things. The hard part moved from “can I write this” to “do I know what I want”, so that’s where my time goes now.

Decide what we actually want. The best prompt is a clear spec, the second best is an example.

Claude Opus 5.5 and Claude Code do the heavy lifting. Small custom agents take care of logs, tickets and reports.

Read the diff. Always read the diff.

Trying is cheap now, so try more and keep what works.
